Behavioral therapy

Behavioral therapy is a form of psychotherapy aimed at identifying and changing problematic behaviors. It is based on the concept that behavior is learned and can therefore also be changed. Through techniques such as behavioral analysis, behavioral activation, and cognitive restructuring, behavioral therapy helps patients recognize and adjust their thought and behavior patterns in order to overcome psychological problems. It is effective, for example, with depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality disorders, and schizophrenia.

Trauma therapy

Trauma therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy that helps people suffering from the consequences of traumatic events – such as physical violence, sexual abuse, accidents, or natural disasters. This form of therapy focuses on processing the traumatic experiences and alleviating associated symptoms such as anxiety, flashbacks, and sleep disturbances.

Techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and other methods designed to reduce the burden of trauma and promote healing.
